Summary:
The training instructor's purpose is to successfully facilitate the transition from onboarding to fully trained production-capable operator, maintain an overview of current associate capabilities, and implement training programs as necessary.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Facilitate onboarding training.
Introduction of new hire to the designated job.
Initial training of job functions and requirements:
safety, quality, and production expectations.
This should be done for each rotation that the operator is expected to work.
Follow up on daily basis for the first week of the assignment.
Report out weekly to the management team on the status and progress of all new associates.
Meet with leads for feedback/discussion on operator progress.
Audit the qualification matrix.
Assist in scheduling any additional training needed.
Reinforce quality alerts to impacted operators.
Support in competency evaluations Audit standard work compliance Maintain and implement all necessary reoccurring training programs - Work with safety, quality, and production teams to achieve compliance of required trainings.
Use onboarding data and feedback to direct continuous improvement projects.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
