ERP System Analyst


Summary:
Provides user support and technical analysis for the organization's ERP systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned.
Implementation Documents business, functional, and technical requirements to support systems implementations and enhancements.
Serves as a primary technical and process SME for systems implementations.
Documents existing and 'to be' systems architecture and process flows.
Assists with testing and managing defect resolution with technical resources as required.
Assists with documentation and training related to system implementation.
Operations Receive and evaluate incoming user requests and reported defects related to the ERP systems.
Resolves system issues or user requests through PGTI's IT Service Management software.
Proactively monitors the ERP systems for potential issues and coordinates resolution with technical resources as required.
Assists with root cause analysis and replication of system issues.
Assists with testing bug fixes or system changes.
Helps drive improvements of system and user experience by analyzing application architecture and configuration.
Assists with documentation and training related to system changes or processes.
Creates reports or queries to help identify system issues or to provide data insights to the organization.

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
College degree recommended but not required.
Four years of experience in a computer related field.
At least three years of experience working with ERP systems.
Experience with ERP implementations or experience in a manufacturing setting desired Must be able to operate PC computer hardware.
LANGUAGE / COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Basic English language skills Strong written and verbal communication skills MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Logic skillsREASONING ABILITY:
Attention to detail and ability to develop and follow procedures required.
Ability to work effectively with internal and external groups with different levels of technological knowledge.

The position also requires the ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods of time.

Consistent daily attendance required to ensure timely processing of weekly payroll.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to travel occasionally domestically.
Ability to travel to other PGTI locations as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
