Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Provide strategic oversight for efficient operations across all locations.
Streamline processes and implement best practices to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
Mentor diverse teams at multiple sites.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee growth and enhances team performance.
Financial Management:
Collaborate with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop strategies for sales and customer acquisition.
Ensure a consistent brand image across all locations.
Customer
Experience:
Champion a customer-centric culture.
Implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Vendor and Supplier Relationships:
Manage key vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains.
Negotiate favorable terms and maintain partnerships.
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in the RV industry.
Implement and enforce policies.
Expansion and Growth:
Identify areas for business expansion and execute growth strategies.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Develop KPIs to measure business success.
Regularly report to the executive team.
Crisis Management:
Handle unexpected challenges, protecting the company's reputation and interests.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record in senior management within automotive, RV, or related industry.
Experience in managing and growing multi-site operations.
Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making ability.
Excellent leadership and team development skills.
Strategic thinker with effective execution capabilities.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Understanding of industry trends and competitive dynamics.
Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP software advantageous.
The COO will be a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO.
