This position will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including but not limited to, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, and policy governance.
Key
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from current talent assessment to job posting and candidate sourcing through interviewing trajectory and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring leaders to define role requirements, conduct interviews, and select top talent in synchronicity with existing team dynamics.
Ensure a smooth integration process for new employees, including orientation, training, and retention.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing questions, concerns, and providing responsible guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, progressive discipline, and performance improvement plans.
In partnership with leadership, Marketing, Office Manager, and others promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities and encouraging employee engagement.
Ensure concerns are escalated discreetly and promptly.
Training and Development:
Design and deliver HR programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge and ensure compliance with local and federal requirements.
In partnership with the Learning & Development team, collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and provide ongoing support for employee development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
Benefits Administration:
Accurately administer the employee benefits program, including enrollment, renewals, and communication with benefits providers.
Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records related to benefits Research and advocate for competitive and attractive benefits that both attract and retain high-caliber talent.
HR Policy Implementation:
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Stay current on changes in employment laws and make necessary adjustments to company policies while keeping leadership advised and informed of the same.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Required:
Relevant experience and expertise in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years perspective in an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable and capable using remote tools and maintaining collaborative relationships with all teams, both in-office and off-site.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
HR certification, such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Confident and accurate knowledge of local and federal employment laws and regulations and ability to access reliable perspectives for unfamiliar situations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
