You'll follow the project foreman's direction to prepare job sites, load and unload material, remove debris, help team members, and do any other tasks to ensure the customer is satisfied with our work.

Responsibilities:
Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site to ensure that you and your team members are not injured Dispose of any debris, trash, or hazardous materials that are found on the site to prepare it construction starts Clean up site Clean all on-site equipment Perform yard work, including blowing customer area and trash removal Operate general site equipment (Blowers, pressure washers) Perform general office maintenance and repairs, including painting and janitorial work Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Work overtime and rotating shifts from scheduled start time to scheduled end time Take an active role in the improvement of safety and health in the workplace Participate in all required Company meetings, including weekly safety meetings Experience in a landfill, transfer station, or waste experience is preferred.
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Ability to be self-directed as well as work in a team environment.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Preference to candidates with experience using construction equipment such as forklift and power tools We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED Must be able to take direction, work well independently and as part of a team for efficiency and productivity Our crew members must be physically able to do the work with reliable hand-eye coordination and balance About Company At EcoSouth Services, our mission is to provide local communities with outstanding customer service and an easy to do business with culture.
